Lead 12:12 is a series of Christian Leadership Podcasts teaching that Christian Leadership isn’t about holding authority over someone else. It’s about positively influencing people to reach new heights.

Romans 12:12 tells us to "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." This is also the most effective combination for authentic, Christian leadership.

Good Christian leadership means having a joyous spirit full of hope. "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law." (Galatians 5:22-23)

Being a good Christian leader also means having patience, especially in the times of adversity and hardship, knowing that "in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)

Good Christian leadership is also being faithful in prayer because "The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." (Psalms 145:18)

Lead 12:12 Christian Leadership Podcasts are hosted by Dave Scalf and Chris "The Beast" Hall. Dave Scalf is the father of six and founder of Christ Church Winchester. Dave has been involved in the ministry for over 30 years and Dave will be the first to tell you he married way out of his league. Chris "The Beast" Hall is a retired fighter with a professional record of 69 - 6 with 29 KOs. Chris is currently pursuing a doctorate in leadership and has also married way out of his league.
