Christian Leadership and Management

Our Belief of Christian Leadership and Management

God does not consider stewards successful because of their education, natural ability, or personality. They are successful because of their faithfulness. The main requirement of stewards is that they are faithful.

The greatest example of leadership is the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the model for all Christian leadership and management. He set the example for all leaders as He lead with Servant Leadership and as a shepherd leads his flock.  Jesus lead with love, as love is central to servant leadership. Love begins as an emotion in the heart, but it is shown in practical, observable ways. When you truly love someone, you are willing to serve them.

When Jesus came to earth as a servant, He gave up His right to "be in charge" of His own life. He said, "Not my will, but thine be done.” When you choose to be a servant, you give up the right to be in charge. You are no longer building your own kingdom. You are building God's Kingdom. You no longer communicate your ideas or beliefs. You communicate the message of your Master. It is no longer your will, but God's will. Jesus came to serve by choice. Now the choice is yours...Will you choose to serve? Remember: You are only qualified to lead to the degree you are willing to serve.

Anointing by God for leadership is more important than education, talents, and experience.  We believe Christ has called us to the ministry of education about Christian Leadership and Management.  We do this by taking prominent leadership theories and real life examples and relate them to Biblical teachings, with faithfulness to the Holy Scripture.  We pray that the Holy Spirit will bless you through our work and allow you to become the best leader you can be.  Regardless if that is a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, leader of your church, teacher, church worker, or leader of your spiritual family.  May God bless you.
